GI Concentration Camp Least We Forget

Forgive me as I divert yet again. This week I want to talk about something I’ve recently discovered. A buried fact about World War II. Just so you know Being a veteran make these things are extremely important to me. 360 American soldiers captured by the Nazis were sent to Berga a sub-camp of the Buchenwald labor camp, be tortured, to starve, and to die.
After the Battle of the Bulge something like 81,000 American soldiers were killed or captured. 23,000 Americans soldiers here packed into trains so tight that if one of them died or fainted they couldn’t be laid out or tended too. A remember a number plenty of stories about Jews being treated the same way. These soldiers were taken to another encampment to be processed. While being quote processed our soldiers were asked for their name, their rank, and their religion. Asking a soldiers contrary to what their officers told them they were asked for their religion. Which went against while being processed word came down that all Jews were to be separated and sent it Buchenwald.
I have learned of those 23,000 soldiers, 360 soldiers American soldiers were separated from the 23,000 to be sent to Berga labor camp. The Nazi’s that were running this processing center had received orders demanding 360 American Jews to be sent Berga. Berga was a sub-camp of Buchenwald used foe slave labor and extermination. Unfortunately there only 80 Jews among the 23,000 soldiers. So these blood thirsty savages made up the difference by taking soldiers that looked Jewish, those they thought had Jewish names and soldiers with a little too much mouth. Buchenwald and its sub-camp Berga were among worst extermination camps in operation. Our soldiers arrived at Berga on February 13, 1945.
Buchenwald and Berga of the worst extermination camps built by Nazis. These camps were created for the express purpose of eliminating Jews and Gypsy. Plus the mentally retarded, physically handicapped, homosexuals and intellectuals’ that disagreed with Hitler openly were “evacuated” or ‘relocated’ to these camps. The slave labor sent to ‘Camp” Berga were used to mine and excavate huge underground caverns were certain industries were to be moved. Three Different industries like rockets, jet fuel manufacturing and research into new fuels was to be built-in these caverns safe from enemy bombing
Just like the Jews on one side of a fence these soldiers were forced to live and work in conditions unfit for abused and neglected animals. Their only medic despite desperate pleas received no aid managed with his life endangered managed to keep a record. They were forced to work in mine caverns without any of the safety equipment. Such as air cleaners and showers so the air they were forced to work in a place where the air became deadly.

Next time I swear to start with the Finance Green Card or bringing someone home you would like to marry.

Child safety/Child Dump 2014

I am sorry for being late with this post is late but I have been quite ill. Believe me I don’t think you want to know the details.

To begin with I was watching NOW with Alex Wagner on 7/9/2014 and became really confused.  A Texas Repressive Julian Castro stated that it is imperative these children be deported, so they can be reunited with their loving parents. That it doesn’t matter what is going on around a child as long as that child is with a loving parents.

Then, I see an interview with a parent that came with one of the children. She brought her child here from El Salvador. This refugee told a reporter how they had to pay an existence tax to a Cartel that ruled the region her village was in.  She told how her 8 year old daughter disappeared one day while out playing. Her husband having his legs crushed for daring to look for his little girl. Than about six months later Cartel toughs came into burst their home and executed their eldest son. Why?  Their 12 year old had refused to become a servant. His Daddy said they were bad people. These monsters came again not 8 days later killed her husband for nonpayment of the existence tax.

Side-note: Existence tax is a fee villagers have to pay for the right to breath.  

Other reporters told stories of toddlers were killed for no other reason than to test a gun. These inhuman creatures said it was to check if the gun had been properly repaired or to test a new guns.  Sometimes, they would kill just for the fun of it. Some children were used as experimental animals to test the purity of their drugs. She told,

 How boys and girls of all ages were being taken and sold to God knows what Fate. Men who in anger and frustration spoke of fighting back where hunted down and mutilated. This was done as a lesson to their village.  The Refugee told the reporter that after her husband was killed. The creature who shot him told her she has 3 day to come up with the she owed in existence tax or her last child would be killed in front of her. So she took her last remaining child a 6 year old boy and fled north.

This is a good environment for a child? Even if a parent pleads and begs for their child to be taken to safety?

Again, I wonder? During World War II didn’t we accept refugee children from Britain?  Was there not an extremely brave couple who rescued 50 children from the Jewish ghettos? Saving them from Nazi Ovens. Was it wrong to save them from the Ovens?  Would it have been better to leave them there to die with their parents?  Even though just about every parent pleaded and begged that their child be rescued?

I have heard many so stories of one or two heroes rescuing large numbers of children in need of leading them to safety sometimes here in the United States. Were they wrong?  Did they do more harm than good? 

Suing over Presidential Executive Order

It seems his highness King John Boehner is displeased. He claims his chief servant President Obama has overstepped the authority granted to him by the ruling caste. The Republican Party. He has committed this heinous crime by using powers granted to him under the Constitution of the United States commonly known as Presidential Executive order to create laws and policies republicans don’t like.

It also seems crazy republicans want you to believe President Obama either doesn’t have, or is abusing and or making more Executive Orders than any other president. That is very and I do mean very wrong.  At the date of this writing President Obama was yet to issue the same number of Executive orders issued by President Bush or Regan.

While executive orders are considered federal law valid around the nation, there are 3 ways to overturn an executive order. 1st if congress could ever get its act together it could veto the order, 2nd the Supreme Court can overturn an executive order, (I have included an example in this post) finally the next president can terminate or rewrite an executive order. There are some orders which do have a built in termination date. Originally executive orders were limited to the administration of different governmental departments and how that department would deal with a federal law directly effecting department operations. Now, thanks to President G.W. Bush’s National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive (National Security Presidential Directive NSPD 51/Homeland Security Presidential Directive HSPD-20, the powers of the executive order has greatly expanded. You see, prior to this directive a president could respond to a threat or danger with military force but after a period time the president would have to go before congress and ask for a declaration of war, if refused the president would have to bring the troops home. (Just so you know the presidential directive is not an executive order.) Directives can also be challenged like an executive order and can be renewed like an executive order. A few in congressmen did try to challenge but were overruled by their fellow congressmen. That’s how we got into the 10 year Iraq war and the power to declare war now resides with the president.

 To make these changes permanent unchangeable law a senator or congressman must decide it is a good change and introduces a bill in support of the executive order or the president talks someone into introducing the bill. Than manages to get it through both houses so he can sign it the order will expire. Also the incoming president could renew or terminate an executive order if someone tells him about it or slips it in among a pile of other things requiring his signature. If none of this happens than the executive order will find its way into his or her ‘presidential library’. Where it will probably be forgotten.

 Now the Supreme Court can override and or nullify of an executive order. Let’s look at executive order 10340 created by Harry Truman. This order expropriated and federalized the steel industry. Executive order 10340 was canceled by the Supreme Court in 1959.

 Now there are federal laws that do have a time limit. President Obama created Protecting Tenants during Foreclose Act (P.T.F.A.) during his 1st term in office. The difference between an Act and an executive order is there was at least some congressional support. The P.T.F.A. dealt with a landlord tenant issue.

Serf-Dom What is it?

Let me start with the fact that there are two types of republicans. There are Republican’s who are defiantly old school republican. President Lincoln old school. They believe what you get in life depends on how much work and effort you put into achieving it. A lot of them have changed their name to Conservative.
Then there are crazy republicans, who seem to believe ‘if you were a good person would have been born rich. So if you are poor than you must be bad, and if you are bad it is God’s will you that you must be punished. Who am they to go against the will of God?’
So with the crazy republican war on people stupid enough to be born poor, I have begun to wonder if slavery and serfdom are far away. After all in the incredibly poor countries it is quite common for parents to sell their children into slavery. Telling themselves it is better than watching them slowly starve to death and that their master will at least feed them. And With the money they get from selling their child, for a while they can feed their remaining children.
You know some republicans have been quoted saying that serfdom isn’t slavery and that all Lords of the Manor are good managers. That all Lords are Good honest caring people that look after their Serfs. After all that’s what TV says and TV is always right isn’t it?
Now, lets get to the main question, what is Serfdom? That crazy republicans want to reduce us to. A Serf is a tenant who lives on land owned by Landlord. As a Serf you work for the Landlord and you don’t get to quit. As a Serf you are bound for life to the service of your Landlord. So are your children and your spouse. This means your Landlord decides where you will live, who or if you will marry, and what career you will follow. If you want an education that’s up to your Landlord not you. If you decide you want to move or change careers sometime during your serfdom you will have to get your Landlord’s permission. If you have a nice Landlord 10% of any money you make after all expenses have been deducted will go into yours pocket. The rest will go into your Landlord’s coffers. That is if you are allowed to keep any of the money. It’s more common for your Landlord to keep a 100% of whatever you make ‘after expenses’.
Let’s say you Landlord storms into your house looking for a toilet takes an unwholesome fancy to your spouse or one of your children. Guess what, you do not get to say no or throw them out, all you get to do is to smile as your Landlord takes your loved one and or children away to be used as your landlord pleases for as long as they please. After your loved one is gone you don’t get to call the cops and file kidnaping charges all you get to do is pray to God that your loved is not to badly damage. If by some miracle they are returned to you all you can do is hope they can forgive you for not protecting them.
But hey, you a free-born, you are not Slave. After all you can’t be bought or sold. Well At least not to your face. You see your Landlord can sell your services to another Landlord. Which means you are moving whether or not you want to. If you have a spouse and or children it is up to the Landlord which bought you if they will go with you, but hey you aren’t a slave.

Child Dump/ 2014

I am sorry this article has taken so long. You see this article involves a class of people I am extremely passionate about. I will be using Thursday as my future postdate. I’ll try to get back to Bankruptcy.

It looks like we just had another immigrant ‘Dump’. This ‘Dump’ is sorta like the ‘Dump’ Cuba did back in the 1970’s. Castro ordered the deportation of his middle class. Something like 400,000 families were shipped to Florida.  Plus a huge number of shall we say ‘undesirables?’  We are talking about thieves, murders, rapists’, child molesters, those who do murderer for hire. Castro basically emptied his jails and threw them on us. His purge included his mental hospitals. We got everything from bed waters to serial killers. To everyone’s amazement we kept them. All of them.

Now it seems we have another ‘Dump’ going on. Except this we are getting children. So far our Boarder Police have picked up roughly over 700 unaccompanied minors. I am talking about children with ages ranging from newborn to 16 years old. With more coming in every day.

Just so you know these poor souls are not from Mexico. They are coming from countries as far away as Guatemala, Salvador and Honduras. Countries currently being hammered by tropical storms and armed insurrections. Authorities’ are predicting the number of unaccompanied children will exceed 1,000,000.  1 million lost children looking for Mom or Dad. Hell, some these children on would settle for an Aunt or Uncle. Family who came north years ago looking work any kind of work.

Now, I am sure these children have been bused and frightened by the border patrol agents. Hell, how much do you want to bet that more than a few teenager with too much attitude got their attitude readjusted.  I guarantee some without any attitude problems had their attitude readjusted. We will eventually discover how badly mismanaged this mess will be.  We are talking about greedy lazy people going out of their way making thinks difficult for those who do want to help.

What gives me real nightmares are the children that weren’t picked up.  How many died in the attempt to cross. Worse yet how many fell prey to human predictors. Human traffickers’ turning those children into slaves.

Let’s be real folks, selling children boys as well as girls is the major growth industry of the 21st century. I can’t say this loudly or often enough being kidnaped and or sold happens to boys too.  Little boys anywhere from newborn to 16 years old. Although most boys start to lose their ‘attractiveness’ about age 14. Which means 9 out of 10 times a death sentence or something worse for the boy.

These children boys and girls alike are sold and used with no more dignity then a cow being led to a slaughter house. There have been reports of these ‘entrepreneurs’ are making millions of dollars more than drug dealers in children’s flesh.

As you can tell children are very important to me. Ever since I have begun trying to adopt Lord above, how bureaucracies can create problems’. AS a single man I have met a lot of resistance.

 

 

Bowe Bergdahl Sgt.

Are republicans so damn desperate, they have to destroy a young man’s life? Republicans are demonstrating that a soldier is a valueless expendable commodity. Unless he has achieved a rank of Colonel or higher and is preferable male. If you are thinking about joining, I would think about it very carefully. With an all-volunteer armed services republicans have made a recruiters job a hell of a lot more difficult.

Now these idiots claim Sgt. Bergdahl is a jihadist that he has converted it Islam. After this treatment he just might be. Think about this Sgt. Bergdahl has been a captive for five years. Five years of being tortured denied food, possibly spending several months at a time in a four by four cell so black you cannot see your own hand as you touch your own nose. You’ve spent all those months in that tiny cell without human contact.

Ghee, doesn’t that sound a lot like what P.O.W’s went through in the Vietnam and Korean Wars. I an old enough to remember how activists like Jane Fonda and journalist got played. They were allowed to ‘interview’ detainees. Detainees are prisoners programmed through torture and mind games to ‘honestly’ and ‘without fear of punishment’ tell the world how neat and wonderful their prisons and guards are. Plus how rotten America is.

You know as a Veteran I’ve heard 100’s of stories about soldiers leaving their post to ‘relieve’ themselves. Then While ‘reaching for toilet paper only to be captured. So with all these rumors flying about concerning Sgt. Bergdahl.

Here is mine:

He found out he wasn’t there to fight terrorists, to rescue any hostages or to protect his country. That he was there to create a higher demand for the military-industrial complex. In addition to giving certain ‘unnamed’ corporations access to Iraq oil fields. Discovering this, he picked a bad way to protest.

Maybe the Taliban tempted him away from his post by offering him the ‘personal services’ of 72 virgins?

Who knows? Again everything I’ve heard and read about Sgt. Bergdahl has been rumors and speculation. Nothing even the dumbest lawyer in the whole world would take to court. Of course with the Fox news their claims have been outright lies. Something like 20 soldiers losing their lives looking for Him. Get real, our military would not have sent out 20 soldiers to rescue 1 Sergeant. There have been rumors of maybe 2 soldiers were sent. A number of other deaths credited to Sgt. Bergdahl were combat deaths but had nothing to do with looking for him. Some of the deaths occurred before he was captured.

JUST SO YOU KNOW: The MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX are the corporations that make their billions selling our military all those guns, tanks, bombs and aircraft carriers. Unfortunately Without a war going on our military doesn’t seem to want to buy all their toys.

This brings me to a point I want to make. Our combat soldiers are being sent into combat without any idea of what to expect. I understand ‘combat training’ has become nothing more than a joke. In my day ‘combat training’ is referred to as an Exercise. Exercise’s that are supposed to simulate doing your job, with people trying to kill you. In my day you would be issued an m-16 and have to stand watch with an enemy trying to invade your camp. Sometimes there would be gun fire and explosions, or sometimes an enemy would sneak into your camp and shoot you in your sleep. Now these Exercises have become a camping trip.

Bill, S. 1982 VET HEALTH

Interesting, did you know there was a bill presented to the senate this last February. February 2014. This bill would have built 27 new veteran hospitals. It would have purchased much-needed new equipment and replaced equipment to antiquated to handle patient needs. It would have created educational programs for doctors and nurses to better equip them to handle changing patient needs resulting from daring to survive the USLESS IRAQ and the Afghan wars.

It would also allow Veteran Hospitals to accept and treat Vets with medical conditions resulting from the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars not yet listed as service connected disabilities. These medical problems would be treated but the Vet would not get disability pay. At least not until the disability is approved by the VA system. This Bill would have allowed Vets get the specialized care needed without going millions of dollars into debt.

But with the current bureaucracy unless a tank roles over your leg and at least 8 people are standing there and taking pictures. It can take anywhere up to 6 years to get a service connected classification for your medical problem. Just ask Vietnam vets how long it took them to get the VA Systems to recognize the very long list of medical problems created by Agent Orange.

But Of course cost conscious Senators like Marco Rubio Jeff Sessions and a number of other republicans have decided that this would cost just too much. So they saw fit to filibustered The Bill until it was dead.

This after forcing our military to keep open, and to train and staff 3 installations. Plus update the same Installations. Installations our military has decided serve no valuable or needed function in protecting this country and wanted to close them. Then there was an officer pay raise. Our military decided a 1% would be more than enough, but our wonderful congress decided that Officers needed a 2% cost of living raise. The same ones who decided a pay raise for us vets would cost too much.

Now let’s get into how The VA medical system operates. It works a lot like medical insurance. Although instead being based on your income the VA system is based on your medical conditions. For example, if you enter the VA Medical System without a service connected medical need you will have a $15 co-pay to see your primary care doctor. $65 if you need to see a specialist and $8 for whatever medication you might need.

Wow, ghee that is a whole money isn’t?

Now let’s say you enter VA system with a 10% service connected disability for a gunshot wound. Now let’s say 10 months after you get your 10% rating, your primary care doctor discovers a bone infection were you got shot and the infection is spreading. Because of your 10% rating, all and I do mean all treatments, tests, medications and or hospitalization your doctor’s order are covered at no charge. No treatment or medication prescribed by a doctor can be denied. Unless a board of doctors disagree with the prescribing Doctor. That’s doctors not accountants. If you get a 50% disability rating you medical bills disappear.

So you see the higher your disability rating smaller your medical bill. The February Vet bill would have allowed freshly discharged vets with little or no income seek care without going into debt.

Veteran’s Opinion

Let’s start with the fact, I am a Veteran. I have been a patient of the Veteran’s medical system for the last 15 years after my legs went bad.

Okay this is where things can get a bit confusing. The 1st time I became a part of the Veteran’s Medical System was after an honorable discharge in 1985. I enlisted in the VA Medical System because was the only medical insurance I could afford while I tried to go to school. This lasted until I took a job at the VA Hospital and worked there for almost 6 years. During those 6 years I had ‘private’ medical insurance and as an employee I had to seek my care in the civilian world. Eventually I was medically laid off because of my legs going bad. Then my insurance began rejecting treatments and procedures. That is when I returned to the VA medical system.

So as you can see I am quite familiar with both VA medical system and ‘private medicine.’ as both patient and employee. So you see I can honestly compare the 2 system.

With that said and as Ed Shultz says ‘Let’s get to work.’

The years I worked at the Denver VA Hospital it taught me that the hospital was working at capacity. There was a time we had more patients then we had beds. Often this was the result of what we called ‘dumps’. A dump is when one of the for profit hospital discovers that one of their patients is indigent or if patients insurance had reached its capacity for the year and were not going to pay anything more. If the patient is a veteran they would move that patient to a local VA Hospital.

I remember when I was assigned to a surgical intensive care unit a veteran was rolled in attached to every portable life support there was. His paperwork showed he was a ‘dump’.

Then came the budget cuts. Thanks to the republican cuts we had to close 2 wards and a medical intensive care unit. Those now unused patient rooms were turned into offices no one use and a st0ore room with nothing in it.
Then came a rare moment of sanity in which congress recognized PTSD and Agent Orange as real medical conditions. Doubling the patient load.

Now thanks to 2 useless manufactured wars the VA Patient load is quadrupling. These Veterans are seeking care with traumas and injuries that in World War II meant death.

Last year republicans cut another 29 billion from Veteran’s budget. The sequestration budget cut another 10% was cut from the VA Budget. During the Bush/Cheney years $60 billion was cut from the VA budget. Good old super smart Paul Ryan fixed it so veterans will not be getting a cost of living raise for 3 years. Hell, He has made it clear he wants to cut all disability payments to Vets and to everybody else getting help for that matter. As part of his war on wasteful social spending.

So what I don’t get is why republicans are uptight about doctor’s being forced to see 20 or more patients in day and not being able to give their patients the time they need. Plus patients waiting several months or more for visits to specialty doctors or their primary doctor.

Anyway it seems to me strange that republicans are upset because Vets are slipping through the cracks and dying.
Well that’s my rant.

Chapter. 7 Bankruptcy

Here we are once again. So as before I am a paralegal, I am not a lawyer. My articles are in no way intended to be, to be taken as, mistaken for legal advice. This is legal information only to help you ask the best questions so you can get the best help from your lawyer. Let’s not forget that when a lawyer of a paralegal becomes involved your problem becomes an ISSUE.

All right you are thinking about filing for bankruptcy. 1st thing 1st, contrary to what crazy republican’s would like you to think bankruptcy is not a bad thing. It is not going to destroy your life, it doesn’t mean you are a failure, or that you’re scammer trying to dodge your debt. All a chapter 7 bankruptcy does to restart you financial life. Kind of like asking for a ‘do over’ when you mess up playing a game.

As for your creditors, all you are doing is using the courts to tell them, “I am sorry I haven’t got it and I can’t get it. So back off.”

Now a bankruptcy is supposed to stay on your credit records for no more than 7 years. The story if you file for and are granted a bankruptcy you will be prevented from getting any credit or loans for 7 years. Plus when you do start getting credit again you will have to pay a much higher interest rate.

That is no longer true.

Will it is somewhat true. When you file your 1st bankruptcy form often called the ‘petition’ you will be unable to get any form of credit or loan until get your bankruptcy ‘Discharge’.
SIDE-NOTE: Don’t panic though. If something bad happens and you need to borrow money you have way to deal with it. You will have to get permission from the trustee though.
However not even 30 days after your ‘Discharge’ you will start receiving credit card offers. Everything from the loan shark offers:
These guys will offer high credit limits with very high interest rates. You miss a payment date with these guys by so much as an hour your interest rates will double sometimes triple. Miss a 2nd one and you could be looking at debtor’s prison.
SIDE-NOTE: Thanks to the crazy republicans and growing privatized prison system here the United States debtors prisons have become a a very real and serious threat in over 24 states. Just ask the breast cancer survivor in Illinois who went to jail 5 days after getting home from the hospital. She was arrested and jailed for a $260 hospital bill. A bill the hospital told her she did not owe. It had cost her father a $1500 to get her out. $260 for the bill she didn’t owe, $600 in legal fees, and $740 for the food she ate, for her Dad and lawyer to be processed in to see her. The rest paid for her stay at the Bar Hotel.

My Political Opinion

With all that is going on, I am going to take this week, and I am going to take this article to tell you my opinion on a few matters. One of the privileges of being a writer. Next I will be getting into Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

So here we go, I’ve got to wonder why Bloomberg is such an evil bad guy for giving $50 million to Mothers for gun control. I mean all they are doing with his money is using the money to lobby congressmen and promote their cause.

The N.R.A. and crazy republicans are saying he is over reaching and abusing the system. Yet the Koch Brothers spend billions of dollars supporting the N.R.A. And they are claiming ‘they are such great Americans miss understood and abused.’ On 4/25/14 I watched part of the N.R.A. leader’s speech and I am really confused. He accused Democrats and Independents of passing bad laws without reading them and then going on T.V to defend them. Yet it has been republicans caught doing that for the least for the last 20 years. Regulating religion? Crazy republicans made it very clear that only a limited number Christian sects are acceptable. When did the collection of emails, cell phone records and personal data without cause or warrant is Obama’s fault? Didn’t Wayne La Pierre know that President G.W. Bush started it? Wayne La Pierre claims how news organizations are telling lies in support of certain political groups. As far as I know only Fox news and right-wing radio show have been caught in lie after lie. As far as I know CNN and MSNBC have made mistakes but they have always made prime time apologies and own up to it. Fox never has nor has Fox ever admitted their fact ‘mistakes’ and I have watched a few of their lame attempts to cover things up.

When did it become okay for someone who makes anywhere up to $100,000 a year and refuses pay one bills is a hero and someone who had been desperately searching for a job for the last three to four years loses and their unemployment insurance has to go to jail for feeding their kids. Shanesa Taylor of Arizona went to jail for trying to get a job to feed her kids. Just so you know debtor’s prisons in the United States is very real. Thousands of men and women have gone to jail for owing as little as $1000. Privatized juvenile jails are keeping their prisoners months past their release dates to fatten that prisons bills to the State.

Why do multi-billion dollar corporations deserve more in tax cuts and subsidies? To get paid just for existing in the States. And I have to pay more in taxes, and lose food stamps, A.C.A Medicare social security. To lose some of my tax deductions. To have A rich man’s son should go to college and while my nephews can’t. The Paul Ryan budget.
Why was it okay on that but unemployment insurance ‘sorry it’s just not that important.’?

You know I have even read an article about a private juvie prison in Florida being investigated for selling their male and female prisoners sexual services, like I said I am confused?
